Anyone wanna help with an entry in the quote from Fallout?

Maybe you could make it "War never changes" (from Fallout) vs. "War has changed" (from Metal Gear)? I've seen a bunch of pictures with both those quotes, sometimes in a "WAKE ME UP INSIDE.jpg/CAN'T WAKE UP.jpg" style format.

That's definitely a meme worthy of a confirmation. If you can make a solid page on it that is. Can't say I'm up for it since I haven't researched it at all. I might come back at some point if I find some decent sources for you to use. But that will take some time.

Okay I just started it up. I need some help with creating the rest of it.
