/u/9MOTHER9HORSE9EYES9 is an enigmatic Redditor who as, for the past month or so now, been posting snippets of multiple narratives in seemingly random threads. It started out with them describing a horrifying alternate reality in which governments and organizations are secretly experimenting with Lovecraftian abominations known as "flesh interfaces," but since then has branched out into other "stories" that may or may not be interconnected in some way.
They already have their own subreddit and a cult following, and I have to say that whoever they are, they are a literary genius.
