I have been noticing a trend on Tumblr with posts featuring the Hotel Mario renditions of the brothers and the title phrase from the said game. I'm unsure how or where to start looking for the original, blame Tumblr's ambiguous search engine, but I have seen a few of posts regarding this after a quick search.

Any second opinions to whether or not this deserves an entry?

Hotel Mario has been popular for You Tube poops for a very long time, althou it's popularity has waned. The KYM article on it hasn't been updated in 4 years.

The phrase "this is it Luigi" I think is gaining enough popularity from the limited Internet access I've had recently to merit it's own article.

I do have to agree that finding what caused tumblr to make a big deal about it now mow might be a bit difficult.

I've always asked this question since I knew Hotel Mario existed-- how could they possibly think these voices were adequate!?

There's a better question to be asked: Why does Hotel Mario even exist?
