I noticed the instagram meme of Rango, which originated from the account @watchrango, formerly named @mayormemeswell. This is the earliest record i've seen of it and it seems to be an ironic obsession with the film Rango which featured Johnny Depp. Also may I add I signed up just to post this.

Well, coming from me I haven't seen any memes from Rango.

I am assuming it's just a funny random picture made but if you have proof it has notoriety then I guess you can submit an entry on here.
