Every year, especially towards the end, I see people hate on [current year] because _____ died or something political happened. I wonder if this whole phenomenon is big enough to be considered worthy of an entry.

worth doing it i guess. it’s no better than object labeling or webcomics trying to be the next meme format, but we can’t deny it isn’t a meme that shows up on a yearly basis at least
