Didn't there used to be a "What are we gonna do on the bed? / POMF" entry?

I could have sworn there was one, but it's not there now. For anyone unaware, it's a manga panel of a young, unsuspecting girl being put on a bed by what I assume is an older man, "pomf" being the sound the bed makes. If you search the quote or "pomf", in addition to Wingboner images, there are still a great number of images relating to the meme, many of which were surely in its gallery. Was the entry removed for its subject matter?

Yes. Entries with Loli hentai origins are currently in a sort of limbo until we have the clear from staff on how to handle them. They're not gone, just hidden.

For what reasons are they needed to be "handled" a certain way (if the staff have given them and you're at liberty to share)? Is it legal issues, advertiser concerns, or something else? I don't think it's necessary for them to be suspended (or removed if it comes to it), seeing how similar entries like Bench Tails and Fukouna Shoujo 03 are still up. None of them show anything graphic, and all that's being hidden is information about a meme that existed, what the site is for.

There were a lot more that were hidden, but some eventually got unhidden.
Its an advertiser concern. kinda.
It was kinda discussed here specific page 3 is relevant to this. Its a weird inconsistent thing where sometimes naughty entries are ok, but other times not. Its not very clear where the line is.

These two threads are relevant too

Thanks for the context. I was out of the loop on all this.

For anyone: did Don or another staff member explain the hidden entries?

They have never been explicitly clear on the issue other than confirming the entries were in fact hidden. No explanation why.

It's the struggle of dealing with loli hentai which a lot of sites were struggling with at the time like for example Reddit's updated guidelines. There is no real clear answer to give here. Mods would like at least the big ones like Pomf unhidden, but it's not our call in the end.

I would appreciate it if we didn't make this thread a repeat of what people's stances are on that.

Don's last open post about it is as clear of an answer that exists right now… which is not saying much, but it does answer your question as best as possible.

Wow that's really lame for the reasoning. KYM is the only site I use that I didn't think would be dictated by ads

kym has more ads than any other site I use. I'm not too surprised.

Can we atleast make it available to us users on the site? My favourite past time was browsing through entries/galleries and this put a hamper on my exploration.
