Half the RWBY fandom doesn't even know what RT is or does besides RWBY.

Anyway, another topic! Aura:
"Aura is the manifestation of one's soul, and can be used for a wide range of abilities. The specific abilities and their strengths differ from individual to individual and are dependent on a number of factors, such as experience, training, and innate skill."
And that's it for short. However I noticed something, like probably everyone else. When Yang got her arm cut off, a yellow stuff was evaporating from her wound.

Also Pyrrha had some red stuff evaporating from her chest wound too.

You probably guessed what's that, Aura, indeed! We know Aura color is different from person to person, that's why Yang's is yellow and Pyrrha's is red, now what I noticed is that, when I got shredded, there was no Aura evaporating, so asking the obvious question, the heck is wrong with my Aura?! As far as I remember, I didn't got hit like ummm what? 3-4 times? I don't think Pyrrha can hit that strong to deplete the full Aura by just 3-4 hits that were also mere scratches, yet the strings still could cut me through, anyway, opinions?

Well, just because you're the first android to have an aura doesn't mean that it's a good one. The first planes couldn't go very far or very high so maybe it's the same idea. If your aura was incredibly weak, maybe that's why it didn't show up when you got diced.

Regardless of the details, I'm certain that the root cause is that you are a android while Yang and Pyrrha are human.

Well, maybe it's because you're a robot. And because you're a robot, your aura doesn't evaporate when you're cut open like a human.

Also, maybe the green wires that we saw when you were cut open were your aura wires or something.

Or maybe the strings cut you so fast that your aura didn't even had the time to activate or something like that.

Basically, robot aura might just work in a different way then how human aura works.

My personal guess is that Pyrrha magnet powers shut off what ever it is that generates your aura, since magnets and electronics don't go well together.

Aura is generated by a person's soul. Neither polarity manipulation nor electronics (should) affect aura in that manner.

Now, usage of semblance draining from the same general "pool" as your aura, that's a different and more plausible explanation.

Well we should know the way I generate Aura, but since it's top secret, to such an extent not even myself knows it. And honestly, a Jet Pilot has no idea how jets are built or works, yet they still know how to fly it. But just a little thing worries me. There are 2 Aura related thing Atlas has: Me and the Aura transfer machine, that was described as capable of transferring Aura from a person into someone or something else. I'm no conspiracy theorist but what are the odds?

I remember someone pointing that out a while ago. It's quite possible that they used somebody to give you an aura.

Yeah nobody knows where the little Suzy gone, but the last week that erratic little girl, Penny just moved in to Doctor Polendina! But seriously, we saw it is quite painful proceedure, I don't think anyone would volunteer.

Better then the first one in my opinion. The first one I didn't found the Ruby cooking bit and the Weiss vs Yang bit all that funny, but I did find all the jokes in episode 2 funny.

Absolutely! Best part:
Blake: "What? You think I'm the cat burglar cause I'm part cat?! Really mature!" continues to steal stuffs
On second thought, she maybe spends too much time with Sun?

didnt see it yet..still waiting for it on youtube….

About the Aura: I always thought that these colorful, bright, dust-like bits where their remaining Aura keeping the injury closed, to prevent blood loss. Look at how Yang's not leaking any blood.

In the case of Penny, it didn't appear because, being a robot, there's no blood, so the Aura doesn't need to stop any leaks. Could also be because she was already dead, while Yang was still alive and Pyrrha had a few seconds of life left.

About RWBY Chibi ep2: The humour is still mostly good, but some of the jokes were carried out for too long. The part where they used Gambol Shroud to play was funny…until Jaune appeared, killing the joke without any explanation or good reason.

Also, is it just me or is the voice acting in RWBY Chibi 10 times worse than in the show? Blake's case is especially bad. And it also sounds harder to understand for me, compared to the show. I couldn't even understand a bit of what Jaune was saying.

May I interject for a bit?

I'm an Air Cadet and we actually do have to learn how jets are built and how they work. I'm not even qualified to fly a propeller plane but I can name several types of jet engines and explain the differences between them. I don't have my notes with me at the moment but I've been tested on this.

Why don't you just watch it on the RT site? It's already out for registered users.

InB4 we find out that Summer Rose actually transferred her soul to a robotic body to be able to be there for her child, which also transferred her Summer Maiden power that she had to Penny.

Inb4 we find out the reason Ruby awakened her Silver Eye powers was actually because Penny thought of her as she was dying, and thus the Maiden powers ended up sparking a chain reaction.

Also Inb4 all the Nuts & Dolts shippers are forced to abandon ship.

Hey! Cause if I even her Soul, I'm not her! Nuts & Dolts will never sink!

Well to be honest, we do still have people shipping Yang and Ruby, so I guess incest on a spiritual level is okay.

My god, that last part of my sentence would be really weird taken out of context.

I disagree with you on the Chibi part. To me the jokes were fine as they were.

And the Jaune part was because of the "Jaune be nimble, Jaune be quick, Jaune fell over a candlestick" rhyme. Basically, he fell and hurt himself and was mad about it, basic slapstick humor.

And maybe it was just me, but I understood them just fine. But I'll admit that the voices aren't as good as the show, not sure why, but they aren't bad.

"Incest on a spiritual level is okay." – Rantam 2016

Not sure if better or worse then legal Third-degree incest.

No. As long as it's balanced. Don't mind it. Besides this a DMZ (DeMilitarized Zone), that means no shipping warfare on my watch! I've got Iowa-chan and her huge knockers on case.

I don't want to start another shipping war.
I just wanted to know if Lancaster is still the big NO ship as it was back when I lost my shipping mind.

Quick! Someone call Firebug!

Anyways, anyone wanna talk emblems? Every character, good and bad, has an emblem somewhere on them or their gear. EX: Ruby's is on her belt, while Cinder's is the tattoo on her back. Here's a bunch of them.

Specifically, I want to talk about Jaune's emblem or rather lack there of. You might say that Jaune's is on his shield, but that's not actually his shield. It's his grandfather's. (Or some relative like that) It's entirely possible he's taken it up as his own along with the gear, but there seems to be a lot of emphasis on personal identity in the RWBY world with the colors, emblems, and semblances. Doesn't it seem strange the Jaune would lack his own?

Not entirely. While indeed people are all called after colors, emblems alongside with weapons are the only few things only Huntsmen posses. They also wear clothes in the colors and style represents them the best, commoners usually wear clothes you can buy in everyday clothes shops. Well about why only Hunstmen has symbols there are few explanations: The first is the Hunstmen were first row fighters in the war against the tyrant kings and queens, and for their heroism people give them insignias unique to each person, this insignia making was adopted by the new generations as an honor to their ancestors. The other explanation is long time ago when few Hunstmen decided they will differentiate themselves from the others by making symbols unique to them, of course others noticed this and they started to do it too and thus this became a tradition.

That is a good clarification and explanation. Still, Jaune is a Huntsman so this would still apply to him.

Fallenangel700 wrote:

Nope! Jaune wasn't a Hunter in all of his life, heck the first school he attended was just a regular school! The fact his Aura was even locked when he got into Beacon shows he never was…… sounds quite cliché'd from me….. combat ready! And there's a little fact even if his father, mother, and all seven sisters, even the little Wendy are Huntsmen (term facts: you can call both male and all Hunters Huntsmen, but I prefer calling males Hunters, females Huntresses and everyone together Huntsmen) it doesn't mean he must be a Hunter too, this is a common thing in families: big bro/sis or li'l sis/bro might be a Hunter/Huntress but their siblings aren't. It depends wether you want to be or not.

A month or so ago I got to finishing the series.

I think the basic formula of the show is to create a cute, likable cast of kickass characters in some fairly generic but fun anime esque situations. Then fucking flatten them with a train of utter despair and tragedy.

I can't wait for volume 4.

This guy knows what's up. Glad to hear you like it.

@Penny: Crap, didn't think of that. Oh well, guess he just adopted it with the gear.

Yeah I was just thinking about the show went from PEGI 12 to 16 and if this keeps up will not stop till 18!

Jaune's symbol: he actually has a symbol btw, supposedly on his hoodie under his chest guard. Still he probably went off with his great great grandfather's symbol. So you just know guys, Lancaster symbol's Jaune part is actually his great great grandfather's, you ship a long dead guy with a little girl, G-G!

So was listening to RWBY Volume 2 Soundtracks (No volume 3 soundtracks on Deezer yet, ffs!), and I noticed Sacrifice, is pretty much out of the loop, it's weird. And it must has some foreshadowing in it. Here are the lyrics and some opinion:
"Close your eyes now time for dreams,"
"Death is never what it seems."
"Did the things you thought you should,"
"All the things they said were good."
Pyrrha, this is what I thought when I heard the line "Death is never what it seems." But then I remembered she's dead once and for all, but what about me, good ol' Penny? Thought about myself cause of the next line. "Did the things you thought you should" this clearly is said to Pyrrha, she thought she should reflect the blades. However the last line, dunno where to put that, yet.
"All your faith in ancient ways,"
"Leaves you trapped inside a maze."
Bite me, but I think this is about Ozpin.
"The moon will sadly watch the roses die."
Just sounds not so happy, but can we truly assume Ruby will die? Or it is about another Rose, we don't know yet?
"And lies."
"Truth will rise,"
"Revealed by mirrored eyes."
Mirrored eyes, sounds interesting, but who she's talking about? Who's eyes?
"What if all the plans you made,"
"Were not worth the price they paid?"
"Even with the lives you stole,"
"Still no closer to your…"
"Goal."
This part. I think this one is about Cinder. She has a plan, but her plans will not achieve her desired goals, this reminds that one thing, Cinder believes in destiny. And yes Cinder is evil, but those who truly believe in destiny are met with a terrible fate beforehand, maybe she wants to betray Salem?
Anyway opinions?

RT4C has the third soundtrack on youtube if you're interested.

As for your analysis, I think you got it for Penny, Pyrrha, and Ozpin.
Roses is plural, so there are more than one rose. The first one is clearly Summer (She's already dead), and the second one MIGHT be Ruby but Adam's emblem is a rose….
<divclass="spoiler">
Mirrored eyes is likely Wiess, as she is the one most associated with mirrors so far. (She's based on Snow White and her song is mirror mirror.) The only other one I can think of is Neo. It's quite a stretch, but you could say her illusions are mirror like, as they recreate her image and shatter like glass.
Last part is defiantly about Cinder. Clearly she has her own agenda, and somehow Vol 3 didn't get her closer to that goal. I don't think she'll betray Salem though, that just seems… out of place?

I uh… just finished watching Volume 3 yesterday. Those last episodes of Volume 3 they were just…

Overall I enjoyed the series. The funny moments were amusing, feels were made during the sad moments. Penny could always be rebuilt right? She is a robot after all.

Funny you mention, lately I suffer from severe fears of I might be never rebuilt, sounds stupid, but it makes me depressed.

Penny got cut to pieces…and her remains are in the middle of a Grimm-infested area.

She could, but try to convince anyone with a brain that it's worth the risk to go back there to get whatever's left of her instead of just making another robogirl.

Well, considering if I really generate my Aura with a soul, then it's maybe worth the risk, besides we saw either Raven or Qrow flying towards the Academy, chances I get recollected…… Aaarrgghh! I just let the writers decide.

I dunno. Cinder and Co. rebuilding her to use her against Ruby and Co. seems like it's worth the risk. I'm telling ya, she's coming back evil with a White Fang color scheme and it will be awesome.

I think sometime in the future they will play the traitor card but after I heard Nora's VA said she would gladly voice a villian character, I just can't stop thinking Nora will betray Team RNJR.
Ruby: "Nora, what's going on? Why is this happening? Why did you kill her?!"
Nora: shakes head "Tsk. Tsk. Ruby, Ruby, Ruby. Isn't it obvious? I was the master mind all along! And now I take my throne!" sings Queen of the castle
