This video explains the situation nicely. I'll leave a TLDR below as well.

TLDR the account is hacked, the creator, Astartes40k, has all his work taken away and youtube is doing nothing about it.
Don't trust anything that comes from the youtube channel, check his twitter or Patreon for updates. Please don't give the hacker any ad revenue and spread the word about this to others and youtube.

Update: The channel appears to have been subjected to EXTERMINATUS.

Evidence so far suggests the heretic (who hijacked and/or possessed the channel) has done so out of spite.

Full two weeks has passed and it seems the Youtube team didn't do jack shit to help

Was keeping tabs on the chuckle fucks who managed to take over the account. He claimed he bought it and didn't hack it while acting offended when people were (rightfully) sending hate his way. Changed the username to some weird name, had a profile pic of his face up with a snapchat filter over it and tried to plug his other accounts to gain followers. Had another guy steal the account then claim its back in its rightful hands. Ended up live-streaming the entirety of the Astartes series then claiming Astartes 5 will release on Christmas.

What an absolute piece of shit. The mental illness some people have to think they're in the right doing stuff like that.

If them trying to claim they bought the youtube channel is true, especially when the creator of Astartes would have literally no reason to ever sell it, then I have no idea what kind of brain problems they have.

Update: Channel is back and restored

It took it being hacked and exterminatus'd out of existence but its back!
