Question: Why does your site keep saying me "1 new wall posts" since several months??
Once I check my wall and go back it should disappear. But the message is still there. Am I missing something or what?

Does your KYM email address report someone writing on your wall?

If so it was deleted 11 moths ago. Since when I noticed that message still on.

Try a forced update of your profile to get rid of it. (Save without editing)

The "X new wall posts" thing counts wall posts made in the last three days.

Someone could be posting and then deleting their post. I think that could explain it, but if that's happened over a months time, then that would be odd. Try Natsuru's suggestion. Perhaps giving yourself a wall post could change the notification as well.
