is it possible to I.P ban someone who keep uploading "irregular" stuff in the entries?

This should be in site-related. And yes, if someone is uploading things that break the rules they can be banned. I.P. banning is kind of overdoing it for a first offense.

problem is if someone got banned for the first place…they can easily create another account with a different e-mail.

We can ban specific accounts as well as ban IP addresses.

If you see someone doing this, please send a message to myself, another database moderator, or our administrators.

We'll get it sorted out. :)
