and how do get it?

See those plus and minus signs beside your post/under your username and picture on your post?
Well, actually you can't see them there, to prevent you voting on your own post, but other users can.
Karma is a system which we use to hide posts that users dislike, and to show our approval for posts we like. It actually means nothing, but your total karma is displayed on your profile page.
To get karma, you should probably just post around the forums. Although, you could just as easily get negative karma as positive karma, depending on how users perceive you/your posts….
