I have editorship of a few articles that have necessary sub-entries, but on the editing page, I see no option to add them. Is that only available to editing/database moderators?

Yup, Entry mods and higher only. And knowing which entry you're talking about, I already fixed that.

Were you perhaps talking about a different entry in your OP post? I was assuming you meant the Frozen sub-entries, which I already took care off at that point.
Never mind! I guess it just hasn't loaded yet, because they don't show up when I go to the page. It'll just take a while.
