Every once in a while, when I respond to a KYM post using Facebook, the comment will dissapear, and then no matter how many times I re-enter it, or from what computer I do so, it won't stay up. To head off speculation, no; this isn't a matter of me just trolling someone who's removing me comments. I'm currently experiencing it while trying to respond to a thread that I made myself with content that isn't remotely confrontational. It says it posts, but when I close my browser and come back, it's gone.

As far as I know, everything that happens through facebook is handled on facebook's side/servers. I don't think anyone on this site (I want to say even the admins) can directly remove a comment. Sounds like an issue you need to report to them.

I suspected as much.

To my knowledge, they can remove unwanted Facebook comments. It needs to be done at times because spambots have posted there as well, but that doesn't explain OP's issue.
