I've run into this twice now, once while in Firefox and once in Chrome. I'm not sure what's going on, but occasionally the number of comments won't show up right. This fixes itself on a page refresh though and I can't reproduce the problem. Maybe it has something to do with users who have more than 1k page comments as BSoD does? I tried to reproduce it on RandomMan's wall and Natsuru Springfield's as well, but it didn't happen.

Is it a big deal?

Yes. This is so big that I can't even.

But, you already found the "fix."

It's not a fix if it can happen again.

While I don't think it's a huge huge problem, glitches aren't a good thing and I'm sure that with a small problem like this, the fix wouldn't be too hard to apply.

While I personally have never had the problem, it seems easy to fix with the refresh.
