With the most recent entry for :^), I noticed that our search function doesn't support emoticons, as you can see.

This might make it difficult for users to find emoticon related entries like that one. So would this be possible to fix?

My only solution that I could think of is that you give the unnamed emoticons a name that can be searched. Or it might possibly the character encoding of the search engine and the tag system.

They're reserved characters so there's no way around it.
