The page https://knowyourmeme.com/memes/lolcow encourages cyberbullying. After I posted in it saying this, three known longtime harassers whose crimes against me include hate speech, defamation, intellectual property theft, false identity abuse, impersonation, long-term phone harassment, repeated wiki harassment and vandalism, violent threats and perjury created accounts and replied mocking me and spreading their lies.

These "users" are https://knowyourmeme.com/users/candyholohoax , https://knowyourmeme.com/users/whin420 and https://knowyourmeme.com/users/underjordiskmand . I would appreciate their banning.

Well, as for your first point- you are of course entitled to believe that the actions performed by trolls in the kind of situations described in the article constitutes cyberbullying. However, claiming that reporting on the reality of this term and its application somehow equivocates to "encouraging" the behavior is simply unfounded. Nowhere in the article is there language which shows bias towards those trolls on the part of the author(s). So what you're saying is comparable to making the argument that the existence a chapter in a history textbook on Germany during the Nazi regime therefore must mean that the writers are in approval of their crimes against humanity. It's a non-sequitur.
Everything else seems like issues you should be bringing up directly to mods and admins. Their sudden near-simultaneous appearance does seem very suspect, though I would like to point out that unless you've literally taken them to court they could not have committed 'perjury.":http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perjury

none of those guys you've listed have done anything on this site besides a single comment. if they are sending harassing PMs report it to one of the moderators. I don't think it makes sense to ban people for what they've done on other websites.

Until there is actually some concrete evidence, we're not gonna do anything. We can't ban people on his word alone and for all we know OP is making shit up over some personal vendetta.
