Issues With PNG Files?

I've noticed that .PNG files that are saved on KYM, sometimes fail to load properly. Is this something that's been happening to other users too, or is it most likely just a problem with my Firefox?

Refreshing the page fixes this issue just fine, so it's not much of a problem, but it's still there.

I have this problem as well. I first noticed this when in the Pokemon image gallery and thought that one of the images were corrupted or something. I then found out that it wasn't a corrupted image by using Google Chrome so it's probably an issue with Firefox.

It might be a combination of both Firefox and your Bandwidth.

Firefox will always load a webpage at the rate in which it starts loading it, therefore if it starts loading slowly it will keep loading slowly no matter what.

So a more MB intensive file format like a PNG will take a lot longer to load under those conditions.

The best solution I have found is to wait a few seconds a reload the page, but that's mainly because my internet is usually super-quick and I don't get these issues.

Well, since there was a "Post Your Speed" thread around a while back, I still have my bandwidth available to show.

I know that KYM can be pretty heavy page to load though, but I'm not sure if bandwidth is a big problem in this case. I guess it's more likely about Firefox incompatibility or something.

edit: Oh, and I'd like to mention again, that this issue only happens with .PNG files that are stored on KYM. If the files are saved elsewhere, this issue does not happen.

I know KYM does a weird thing where it doesn't load any images until all of them are loaded, but I don't know if that could be causing this or not.
