I noticed there are barely any user mods anymore and I'm being harassed by this one user.

You see, there’s this one user named Luigi9919 [ https://knowyourmeme.com/users/luigi9919 ](who ripped off my user name due to conflicts we had) who keeps harassing me and getting on my case for like Pokeshipping (the ship of Ash Ketchum and Misty from Pokemon) and says that Ash x Serena is better and posts Ash x Serena pics out of spite. This is really getting annoying for me. He’s even sending me PMs nonstop pestering me about it. And he keeps claiming I keep on trying to start a shipping war just because of one post when I'm not ( https://knowyourmeme.com/photos/996866-pokemon ). Is there something you can do? Is there a way for me to block him? I think he’s doing it out of spite now.

Anyone with more than one mod powers (Sr, Research, and Database) are mods with user powers.

You can't block him, that's not a site function, but the mods can deal with the guy for his behavior.

Can you PM me screencaps of the PMs you claimed he send you. If you show me I'll consider it proof enough to suspend the guy.

Uploading Ash x Serena pics isn't much of an offense tho.
