I donno just think it be a nice idea.

That at the bottom of any thread on any forum there'd be a little box telling you who was browsing that thread at that time. It could help with forum interactibility and boost replies.

I don't know how difficult that would be to implement though.

The code exists on Editing Entries, mostly to keep people from overwriting other peoples work. I'd say it would be cool but it's practical usage is superficial.

(Not to mention I am the type of person who usually turns that feature off when possible.)

If this is too much, it would still be nice simply to have a counter showing how many users are browsing the forum at any given time.
