Sort of going on the last question I asked, what's your favorite pokemon in past gens? This can be any, as long as it isn't in X or Y.

Mine would be my shiny Flygon. I was just looking for a Vibrava, but I totally lucked out.

I really need help on this since I'd be getting nowhere without it, so I'm going to post again what I said before.

I’ve been trying to get Pokémon I haven’t gotten yet through the GTS since I’ve completed the Kalos Dex and I have done all the Friend Safaris I have so far. Yet no one seems to want to trade for the Feebass that’s holding a Prism Scale (you know what will happen afterwards). If there’s anyone that needs one and has a Pokémon that’s not in the Kalos Dex, notify me.

I have a shitton of 5 IV Modest Storm Drain East Coast Shellos. You can't catch East Coast in Kalos. If you're interested.

Other than that I can give you some past gen starters, have 'em all. Eggs in that case though, I'm just going to get them to breed and will trade. Also their IVs are pure shit.

On that note, going to just make a public offer. Thanks to some breeding I now a whole bunch of 4/5 IV max of the following:

• Bulbasaur with HA (Chlorophyll), Timid nature.
• Charmander with HA (Solar Power), Timid nature.
• East Coast Shellox with Storm Drain, Modest nature.

None of them have perfect IV spread, the first one I got in that are the ones I kept myself (why else would I be breeding). But hey, 5 IV max is 5 IV max. So if anyone's interested, just reply to me. East Coast Shellox doesn't have any perks outside the aesthetics in that you can't catch it in Kalos, but Pokedex completionists might be interested.

I don't really need anything special yet except that if any of you can get me a Phantump with Harvest, I'll take that please. But outside of that, I'll take whatever your generosity can give me.

Thanks for that RM, this Shellos is just one step closer to completing the Dex. Also interesting to find the East Coast one since they're not as common as West Coast (as far as I know). It was also great to make my first live trade with someone outside the U.S.A.

I'm curious about one thing: Is there a way to counter Wash Rotom? Seriously, the bloody thing has damn high defenses and is only weak to Grass-type moves.

The one Pokémon I can see as a counter towards Wash Rotom is Haxorus. Haxorus is not only faster than Rotom's Appliance forms, has a base Attack stat of 147, and can have the ability Mold Breaker and learn Earthquake to ignore Rotom's Levitate ability and deal super effective damage to it, but Rotom can't learn any Ice-type moves to do super effective damage against it.

A Choice Scarfed Excadrill would work well if you don't want to use a Grass type. Other than that, the only other thing that would work on Rotom-W is Freeze-Dry, but most Pokemon that can use it probably wouldn't be able to survive a strong Electric attack or a Hydro Pump without being Sashed.

Pokemon with Storm Drain / Dry Skin / Water Absorb.

Most Wash-Rotoms run on Choise Scarf, so they're stuck in a Hydro Pump once you switch in, wasting that turn as your Pokemon will absorb his Hydro Pump and forcing the opponent to switch the next turn.

HMMMMMMMMMM. I DON'T USUALLY DO THIS, BUT DOES ANYONE HERE HAVE A HIDDEN ABILITY CHINCHOU? A good friend of mine and I are collaborating to make teams for a double battle set up (His team revolves around surf + water absorb so he heals and damages the opponent practically every turn. I tried to convince him to spice it up a little and maybe include a rainy weather +dry skin Helioptile or Toxicroak, but he's at his last slot and his heart's set on Lanturn. So if anyone has one of those they're willing to breed and part with, that would be great. And I've also taken a keen interest to a hidden ability Snivy. I know neither of these are available without Pokebank, which still is unavailable in my small physical scope of a land mass that is America, but I thought considering this is the world wide web, I would take my chances. I've always loved exploiting the hell out of a contrary ability, and thought maybe a Serperior might work in terms of a sharp special attack boost from Leaf storm every turn.

So,tldr;
Bring me a Snivy with contrary and I am yours forever
OR
Bring me a Chinchou and my friend who can do a convincing dead Michelangelo impression will be yours forever.

If it helps, the poketransfer is a very shitty system. It only transfers one box at a time, meaning you have to go into transfer, transfer a box, swap the cartridge and then take all the transferred pokemon out of the transfer box. Not only that, but it only transfers out box 1, meaning if you have multiple boxes you want to transfer (like me, with 17 boxes full), you have to go into your copy of black/white, move all your pokemon into box 1, before going into transporter again to start the whole process again.

Whelp, my brother has finally completed it. The image is huge: its 6 2/3 sketch book papers (not sure of the size) taped together in a frame. The photograph doesn't do it justice, but It looks fucking awesome in person. It's kind of hard to see all the details since its huge and we don't have a good camera. Perhaps later I'll take closer photographs of each section.

He's got a great deal of potential, I think. Many of his earlier works directly use the original Sugimori poses, but he's getting to the point where he no longer needs the original poses as a crutch, and he's creating his own.

He's pretty fond of colored pencils, but he hasn't quite nailed the technique yet. Scanning always messes with the colored pencil art.

Hmmm…drats. Yes, I am well aware…I've forfeited half of my P.C. of unused legendaries, rather naively, to scammers and hoodlum asshats, the likes, in the hopes that one of them had a genuine Snivy. And the Pokebank refuses to migrate the one I bargained off an old German friend. I suppose it isn't so much the utility in battles or tournaments for, but just the opportunity to use contrary on a Pokémon hafway decent and that isn't based on Calamari. Unlike most, instead of scourging for the most overused pivotal team, I try to incorporate all sorts of gimmicks and tactics meshed together simply for the fun of it. Sometimes this even includes metronome.

I used to have a copy of Platinum that wasn't really mine. It was my younger brother's present, but I ended beating the game, because he doesn't seem to like Pokemon. Now I don't know what happened to that. I believe he… borrowed the game to a friend. My Rotom, Palkia, Dialga, Giratina, Gen 1 and 2 starters, Gen 1 legendaries, and some other legendaries I used to have are lost.
How am I supposed to feel?

Twitch Plays Pokemon looks like an average Twitch game stream at first. In fact, it is a game in itself, as viewers are able to control the hero of Pokemon Red and Blue by inputting commands in the streaming platform's chat window. As of this writing, the stream is nearing ten thousand viewers after close to two days of play, many of which are wildly typing "a," b," "up," "down" and other instructions, sending the obedient Pokemon master into frenzied directions. We've embedded the stream after the break.

As much as it sounds like players would never be able to accomplish much in this fashion, viewers were able to push on past the second gym leader of the game, Misty. Our math may be shaky at best, but we figure that with the diligence of the stream's viewers, we'll have collected all the Pokemon in a month. We shudder to think of what will happen with the beloved, singular Master Ball in the game, however.

That's pretty neat. I usually lead with a Carbink, because its defenses are usually high enough to get off Stealth Rock, I can Skill Swap if a pokemon relies too heavily on its ability (looking at you, Huge Power Azumarill), and to set up Light Screen. I can't think of a time where it was knocked out by anything other than a Steel move on the first turn.

So if it's an evolution (which seems to be the case if it has a different pokedex entry from Carbink, and I don't think Mega Evolutions have their own entries) then I can make my usual lead even better (assuming its defenses stay the same.)
 
I do have to say that I'm not thrilled with the design though. I prefer Carbink's.
