Bad Kitten Sulley Reaction or Creepy Sully, also known as MeatCanyon Sulley is a reaction image of a distorted artistic depiction of the character Sulley from the 2001 Disney film Monsters Inc. The image is derived from a January 2021 MeatCanyon thumbnail and is predominantly used on TikTok, becoming a popular reaction image on the app in late 2025 and early 2026.

Origin

On January 7th, 2021, popular YouTuber^[1] MeatCanyon uploaded a video titled "Kitty," which depicted Boo and Sulley from Monsters Inc. as an OnlyFans creator and subscriber, respectively. Sully is shown FaceTiming Boo as he hides in her closet. The video received 17 million views in five years.

The earliest known use of the thumbnail was posted on December 5th, 2023 by Instagram user^[2] meme.mother as part of a picture slideshow. The Image is captioned "bad kitten" with impact font.

Spread

The image began to surface in TikTok comment sections between late 2025 and early 2026. In particular, it would frequently be found in comment sections featuring Big John Machines. In this case, the image is meant as a reference to the bass tones in "Big Bad John."
