Brent Rivera Mog is a meme trend in which photographs of people, usually conventionally attractive people and celebrities, transition into photographs of influencer and actor Brent Rivera, the joke being that Rivera mogs the other subject of each meme.

The trend was popularized on TikTok in late July 2026. Some examples of the trend feature captions about someone thinking that they can "escape the Brent mog."

On July 22nd, 2026, TikToker^[1] @justarandommtn posted a video that begins with photos of disgraced looksmaxxing influencer Hullo under the caption, "Hullo thinks he mogs," followed by a transition to photos of content creator Brent Rivera, garnering over 672,000 views in five days. This is the earliest known version of the meme.
