About
Credit Card Declines, also known as My Card Declines, refers to a series of image macros and reaction images that revolve around scenarios of one’s credit card being declined after a service has already been completed, resulting in the work being undone after a failed transaction. Typically, these memes reference medical procedures that are crudely reversed in the reaction image below a caption. The theme, which originally stems from the precursor Imagine Your Card Declines, was primarily seen on Reddit in late September but spread to other social media platforms in early October 2020.
