The LilDealy Dog Abuse Controversy refers to backlash over clips of Kick streamer LilDealy allegedly abusing his dog Peaches during his Kick streams, including by hitting the dog and threatening to kill it. Background

On August 15th, 2025, Redditor u/Chemical-Ad6151 posted a compilation video to the /r/LiveStreamFail^[1] subreddit sharing several clips of Kick^[2] streamer LilDealy, who lives in Toronto, Canada, allegedly abusing his dog Peaches.

In the first few clips, LilDealy threatens to kill the dog, speaking right into its ear and says he "hates" the dog and that he's "literally going to snap her neck." In another clip, his girlfriend can be heard telling him not to hurt or grab the dog, and he aggressively speaks back to her, cursing at her. There are then several clips of LilDealy hitting the dog while it lies in bed with him. The post gained over 8,300 upvotes in four days.

Online Reactions

The compilation garnered viral spread online over the following days in mid-August 2025, inciting calls for animal services and the police to investigate LilDealy and take the dog away from him.

On August 16th, 2025, X^[3] user @RealPaulMueller, a journalist and pet advocate, posted an edit of the compilation, calling for action to be taken against LilDealy, sharing the phone numbers for Toronto police and animal services, and garnering over 260 likes in three days. Mueller also shared the video on Facebook,^[4] garnering over 220 shares.

On August 18th, YouTuber^[5] Penguinz0, or Cr1TiKaL, posted a video about LilDealy and his dog abuse controversy, garnering over 1.1 million views in under 24 hours.
