About

How It Feels to Cook a Yummy Meal As a Boy is a redraw format and animation meme based on a viral Twitter / X post by @feydemon sharing an image of Yorihime Nao from the visual novel Yosuga no Sora smiling and cooking under the caption, "how it feels to cook a yummy meal as a boy #Male," joking that it feels delightfully feminine to cook a yummy meal as a boy.

The original post was made in late October 2025. In late August 2026, it was turned into an animation and posted by TikToker @idk.shir0. The post went viral and inspired redraws on X / Twitter and TikTok, which replace the character in the meme with another popular character, often from an anime series, as well as using the phrasal template "How It Feels to Cook a Yummy Meal As X."
