He is a prominent member of Weird Twitter and has collaborated with other popular Weird Twitter personalities on several projects.
History
Whisman resides in Kentucky, USA.[1] He joined Twitter in October of 2011,[2] where he developed his most significant online following. In 2013, his tweets began attracting media attention. Examples of his tweets were compiled by Splitsider[5] in August of that year (examples shown below).
Whisman was also named one of the 40 Twitter accounts to follow in 2014 by ThoughtCatalog.[3] He was also covered by The Daily Dot[4] for a now-defunct Tumblr he ran that turned popular Weird Twitter tweets into Criterion Collection DVD Covers (examples shown below).
In the following years, other sites including College Humor[6] and The Chive[7] compiled examples of Whisman's funniest tweets. Whisman also collaborated with Twitter user @stefan_heck on an animated television pilot called Goons in 2015.[1] He is currently part of a Twitch collective called "Go Off Kings" where he, Heck, and Jesse Farrar play games and make jokes (example shown below).

Trump Supporters Troll
On October 18th, 2016, Whisman tweeted a picture of him with multiple driver's licenses, saying that he had them all so he could vote multiple times for Hillary Clinton in the upcoming election[9] (picture shown below).
The tweet, since deleted, duped Trump supporters into thinking Whisman was being serious. The tweet led to a thread on /r/the_donald where commenters suggested reporting Whisman to the FBI.[10] The moment was covered by The Daily Dot.[9]
