On April 11th, 2022, TikToker[1] @harlskeener posted a shipping video compiling footage of Evan "Buck" Buckley and Eddie Diaz from the Fox television series 9-1-1. That day, TikToker animeguy066 commented, "Show?" The creator of the video responded, "no" and "this is for your own good," the implication being that the show is too emotionally distressing to recommend.

On April 19th, Redditor u/ken_black posted a screenshot of the interaction to /r/911FOX,[2] titling it "Trust me it’ll wreck you 😮‍💨😂," garnering over 80 upvotes in two years.
