Twinkle Girl was revealed in the gameplay trailer for Mega Man: Dual Override, which was posted to YouTube[1] by Capcom on August 26th, 2026. She is the 89th robot master created by Dr. Wily, and uses attacks that resemble fireworks and other pyrotechnics.
