K. Simmons grimacing as Terence Fletcher in the 2014 film Whiplash. The original meme was posted in February 2023 and saw a resurgence in virality in late April through May 2025, using the phrasal template, "Cuck neighbor: can you turn down the X | Me trying to explode his head with my Y rage," with "X" often being a band and "Y" being an adjective to describe the type of rage.
Rubi Rose Bending Over With Cybertruck Photoshops refers to a series of photoshops of rapper and influencer Rubi Rose bending over in front of a Cybertruck that look to remove the Cybertruck at the request of adult actress Mia Khalifa, who wanted to use the photoshopped image as her wallpaper. Khalifa made the request, specifically discouraging the use of AI to remove the truck, on May 12th, 2025, a day after the photo was uploaded, resulting in a Photoshop request thread with numerous edits both removing the Cybertruck and trolling Khalifa by altering it in other ways.
Mixy is an iOS app that allows users to make mashups of any two uploaded songs that includes AI tools to isolate certain parts of the songs, such as vocals and specific instruments, to allow for more in-depth mashups. A beta version of the app, created by Joe Kennedy, was released in April 2025, resulting in people creating and sharing their mashups online to sites including TikTok and X / Twitter. The full version of the app is set to release to the public on May 20th, 2025.
