I went to our local raw milk store to grab milk, eggs, and cheese. I parked right out front so I could see our car from the store. I left my toddler in the car for like 5 min, which I felt at the time was fine since I would be able to watch the car from the store and would be in and out super quick. It was stupid and I won't do it again. I just was tired of lifting her heavy, bulky car seat in and out for such a quick errand. Well, when I came back out there were two ladies in a car across the parking lot and I felt like they were staring at me. I freaked out, thinking maybe they had called CPS on me for leaving my toddler in the car. I don't know if that happened, or even for sure if they were looking it me. Maybe I'm just paranoid but I felt like they were staring. Well now I'm a wreck, thinking CPS Is gonna show up at my door and try to take my daughter and I haven't stopped thinking about it since. I feel sick to my stomach and can't function normally. We do have heritage defense but still I'm so freaked out and can't stop thinking about it.
