"Boss Ass Bitch" is a song by the female rap group Pretty Taking All Fades (PTAF) which has been heavily remixed on Soundcloud and featured in parody videos on Vine and YouTube.
Origin
On May 9th, 2012, PTAF released their debut single "Boss Ass Bitch" along with a music video for the track (shown below). In the first three years, the video gained over 17 million views, 178,000 likes and 52,000 comments.
Spread
On September 16th, 2013, user Chadwickhd[1] posted a mashup of "Boss Ass Bitch" with "I'm A God" by Kanye West (shown below).
On September 27th, YouTuber SupereeeGO uploaded a parody music video for the song titled "Brown Ass Bitch" (shown below). Within two years, the video garnered more than 1.5 million views, 40,000 likes and 4,500 comments.
On October 13th, Viner Derek King uploaded a short clip of several dancing characters from the animated television show Proud Family with "Boss Ass Bitch" playing in the background.
On December 30th, a remix of the song by rapper Nicki Minaj was posted on YouTube, which garnered upwards of 8.8 million views, 55,000 likes and 3,600 comments in the next two years (shown below).
