How Heavy Are the Dumbbells You Lift? (ダンベル何キロ持てる? Danberu Nan-Kiro Moteru?, lit. "Dumbbell Nan Kilo Moteru?") is a Japanese manga series about a girl who enrolls in a nearby gym and encounters a girl with a muscle fetish who convinces her to join. The series is written by Yabako Sandrovich and illustrated by MAAM. It has been serialized via Shogakukan's Ura Sunday website and MangaONE app since 2016 and has been collected in seven tankōbon volumes. The manga is licensed in North America by Seven Seas Entertainment. An anime television series adaptation by Doga Kobo premiered on July 3rd, 2019.
