This is based on the popular April 2018 event where a white woman calls the police on black people having a BBQ- however, the cop in this comic-spoof is on the radio to Batman who recruits the Joker to help remedy the situation leading to "BBQ Becky" crying and the entire neighborhood throwing a big party at the end. This is a fan fiction, essentially, of the original news story and turns "BBQ Becky" into a worse villain than the Joker which makes the outrage towards her phone call to the police even more profound. The good people win in the end so that is a happy ending. Also note the villain feels remorse, maybe, or at best will go on to face the scrutiny of the court of public opinion.
