Notes:

Small history lesson: The Italo-Turkish War, although only a minor war in terms of casualties from both sides, it was the beginning of the end for the Ottoman Empire after it lost its main colony on the Mediterranean Sea. The Italian maritime forces also occupied the Aegean Sea, and had the Ottomans surrender at Rhodes, which is an port right at the doorsteps of Turkey.

The war, which had seen some revolutionary air warfare, impressed the French and the British, who valueted Italy as a powerful ally in the war, whilst simultaneously causing several countries in the Balkans to rebel to the Ottoman occupation, seeing how they were losing lots of ground to the Italians very easily.

After losing the Mediterranean, the Balkans, and getting the short end of the stick against the Russians in the Caucasus Campaign, the Ottomans found their empire defeated and later on in the war, Constantinople got occupied by several armies, including the Italian one, that came from the sea.
