Disney - what would Uncle Walt Disney do in this situation?!

I haven't seen the movie for myself, but from what I've heard at the end it tries to canonically connect to other Disney movies

Like the main girl supposedly becomes the fairy godmother from Cinderella, the villain becomes the magic mirror from Snow White, and the goat wants to create an animal utopia (referring to Zootopia)

They also decided to hire pop music writers instead of actual musical writers for all the songs and they advertised we'd finally be getting a truly evil villain like back in the 2D days but what we got was just shallow and disappointing.
Just imagine every modern Disney trope and jam them together without any substance at all, that's the movie.
