>Not going on a mindless rampage, stabbing/shooting people for no reason
>NPCs drop 10 stacks of money instead of one
>None of the background NPCs start running away when someone gets hurt
>Being able to kill NPCs that actually pay/help the player
>Female NPC attempts to retake car after being jacked.
>Ammu-Nation has a shitload of the same looking gun on the wall
>Getting out of a car to shoot someone using a pistol
>Hostile NPC thug gets absolutely no hits on character at first attempt
>Hostile NPC thug gets all shots on character and doesn't kill him on second attempt
>Random car kills player in an abandoned alleyway.
