Disney may have hit a slight snag around the mid-00s with Home on the Range and Chicken Little, but they bounced back quickly with Meet the Robinsons and most every mainline animated film since then from them has been great. They even briefly returned to traditional animation with Princess and the Frog and the 2011 Winnie the Pooh, just a shame they didn't meet expectations though because it would have been nice to see Disney alternating where we'd have a CG film one year and a hand drawn one the next (Frozen was originally supposed to be hand drawn, but the lower than expected box office numbers for Princess and the Frog and Winnie the Pooh 2011 along with the big success of Tangled changed their plans), but even so GOOD CG animation is still something that takes a lot of effort so I'm not going to act like some "hand drawn only!" elitist who thinks CG animation takes no skill.

Nonsense. Disney's ability to tell engaging stories with nothing but visuals and music is unparalleled. Especially The Sorcerer's Apprentice, boasting beautiful animation and a perfect song to match. Watch it again with that perspective, and maybe you might change your mind.
