in my head cannon, I believe that Mileena has never been so happy in her life now that she has lips. Because now with lips, she can do much more. Also she doesn't look a bear trap that grew a hot bod, now she look like a women that grew a bear trap in her mouth

Her teeth kinda look like face paint… That said, she is quite beautiful.
