Medics who use high levels of experience and gamesense to maximize the health pool of their team while building uber as much as possible and have quick enough reflexes to avoid most damage so they can make riskier plays when needed Medics who know the finer details of healing mechanics and make sure to prioritize heals on the proper classes, can aim crossbow well and pops ubers without a hitch. Medics who have an advanced understanding of who to heal and when, try to use crit heals to the best of their ability and rarely drop ubers Medics who just learned that there's a heal order for rolling out, are very inexperienced, but at least attempt to heal as much as possible Medics who think they're ready for invite but do nothing but aim trickshots with the crossbow and have awful heals per minute. Medics who pocket a single player during the entirety of the game for the sole reason that their in game score is the highest.
