Justina Tedesco 6d Our HOA, who barley Maintains our common area landscaping and can't seem to figure out how to put in a park for over year has the nerve to waste their time sending this letter about my DeSantis sign on my lawn. Which ever of my neighbors who reported me for having a sign on MY lawn, please note my camera survalance will catch you on your next attempt take a picture of my property & report me. In my opinion, you could be viewed as public enemy #1. I didn't move out of NJ to tolerate this nonsense. Our First Amendment protects signs as speech. However, in order to comply with our bylaws and covenants. My sign as been relocated to my car, if anyone has anything to else to say feel free to ring my doorbell. Incase your interested in reading my last interview with the Hill publication. Would be quite interesting telling my story about how our my current HOA has banned me from supporting our Florida governor as he runs for president.

P 7:37 1d ●● An 74 Just a little vent here. Went to a local cake store/supply and really needed to use the restroom (drank a bunch of iced tea at lunch) but their restroom was "broken ". Trying to send me down to the store next to them or two stores down. I feel like if you're a small business and you want people to shop there for any length of time, your restroom shouldn't be "broken ". I wonder how the employees use the restroom? So I left without buying anything. That is a pet peeve. *EDIT TO SAY**apparently the bathroom was actually broken (as someone posted here). I guess I automatically assume that's the stock answer all the stores give when you ask for the bathroom. I hope your restroom gets fixed soon because I'm sure it's an inconvenience for you guys. But I will make sure to use the restroom before I come next time, just like I used to tell my kids. Sorry for the assumption

1h So basically if my children and I are working at the Farmers Market on Saturday, October 14, they will be forced to listen to this til market closes! This event starts at 10:30 am. It's PG-13. But in a heavily populated public place. That makes no sense. Time to call the Mayor's office. You can check out the video and look up the bands and their lyrics. Clearly demonic. See, in 14 years of doing this, people have tried to "protest" my decision to reject their application and in doing to, you've just solidified in EVERYONE'S mind exactly why my rejecting your application was correct. You're not the decision-maker in this case. There's more to a candidate being a good fit than a skillset or their background; there's this thing called "soft skills" which your argument of my decision shows you thoroughly lack. In fact, the times I've had candidates send me emails EXACTLY like what you've posted, I'll share with my bosses and the hiring managers and we all laugh. Quite possibly, we print those out and pin them up on our Wall of Shame. If I have 300 applicants, it's not about 299 being unqualified. Qualified people don't always get hired and there's nothing I, or anyone else, can do about that. You're mad at me, trying to show me you think you know about MY career that I've done over a decade, when in reality, you're mad because you've been rejected for jobs and I'll tell you why: you're a d--- and people don't like to hire d----. There's things in the workplace that just can't be taught...like getting along with people or accepting decisions YOU don't like. I say this with deep sincerity: Go. F.k. Yourself.

So here it goes, If you want the ugliest yard in the neighborhood, just put up halloween decorations. Simple. What kind of modern society wants to see dead bodies and such? I wish some people would grow up and have some class. We are better than this. Why not decorate with beautiful things? Isn't the purpose of a decoration to beautify? Let's be different. Let's get creative and not let retail stores trick us into buying the ugly stuff they want to sell us. Seriously, who wants to store a skeleton in their closet for most of the year? If we stop buying that stuff, maybe we won't have to look at it in the stores either. That would be nice. If I see any untasteful decorations this year I will be contacting the authorities. Thanks! ** I am not joking so please stop saying I am. Why would I joke about something so serious? This really affects my family and community. Be more empathetic towards other.
