We are no longer tolerating ANY EXCUSE for calling off. If you're sick, you need to come prove it to us. If your dog died, you need to bring him in and prove it to us. If its a "family emergency" and you can't say, too bad. Go work somewhere else. If you only want morning shifts, too bad go work at a bank. If anyone from here on out calls out more than ONCE in the next 30 days you will not have a job. Do you know in my 11.5 years at Darden how many days I called off? Zero. I came in sick. I got in a wreck literally on my way to work one time, airbags went off and my car was totaled, but you know what, I made it to work, ON TIME! There are no more excuses. Us, collectively as a management team have had enough. If you don't want to work here, don't. It's as simple as that. If you're here and want to work, then work. We did not know that xylitol is deadly to dogs. One single piece of this gum is enough xylitol to kill most dogs. I bought two of these 3-packs. My wife took the packages out of the box and placed them on our counter so I would remember to take them to work in the morning. Our Australian Shepherd has a bad habit of counter surfing and frequently gets into things on the counter, but neither of us thought he would go after minty gum or that it would hurt him, even if he did. He pulled them down and ate 4 of the 6 packs. We became concerned when we woke up the next morning to the floor all over our house covered in vomit and our dog acting strangely. There is no antidote for Xylitol toxicity. He spent two nights in the dog ICU getting fluids, dextrose, plasma, liver protectants and over $5K later, he died of a massive hemorrhagic stroke. My 15 month old toddler spent all night last night walking around with my dog's favorite toy, calling his name (2nd word he ever said) and looking everywhere my dog usually hangs out trying to find his best friend. The least they could do is put a warning on the label. We had no clue Xylitol was toxic to dogs or we would have locked the gum up. It would cost them nothing to put a warning on their product and would save lives. I will never again purchase any Xylitol product until they start labelling it properly. Buying this gum will increase this company's profits and will lead to them producing more gum which will end up in more homes which will kill more dogs. I was looking up reviews for the movie we went to see last night and thought this was hilarious | /...

AT&T Overview 12:29 AM Q prey for the devil rating 5 days ago I Helpful M Reviews if i could rate it a 0 i would. jump scares made me spill my slushee... TWICE. Natalie was so pathetic, horrible, ugly girl. a little girl like her should not be saying the b word. all this movie does is promote exorcisms. I am a nun myself, and i feel deeply disrespected. It puts a bad persona on nuns and my child is now scared of me. she refused to get in the car because she thought I was and i quote, "taken by the devil to be bad". Family dinner will now consist of her screaming because she is terrified of her own mother. otherwise, the plot lacked a lot of details and the sptryline did not stay consistent. very disappointed and disturbed at the writers of this unrealistic movie. We left our house at 9:00 and got there at 9:20, had a short walk to the stadium and checked in. We went inside and were told where to sit for our shot. A fireman gave the shot, (make sure you have on short sleeves) No pain! After that we got a card to say we I have had the first shot. We then waited 15 minutes to make sure there was no reaction!
