The room itself was interesting, I'd give 3.5-4 stars. (However, there are skinned rabbits in the second that are just there for shock value, so if you are grossed out by animal cruelty be forewarned.) It was the employees, especially the GM that warrant the single star. By far the worst customer service experience we've had in a long time. We had a lot of trouble with the last combination lock, it genuinely felt like we tried the same combination over and over for twenty minutes. Finally they told us that the lever needs to be perpendicular to reset. We fixed that and boom we were out. We suggested that they may want to add a sign about the lever needing to be straight up and down to reset it. The employee completely blew our suggestion off in a way that felt very dismissive and argumentative. We calmly tried to explain that having the employee respond that way was upsetting and that on top of the lock frustration made us feel unhappy about the experience.The GM came up and said that none of her employees ever argue with customers, and then stonewalled and further communication. She did not attempt to get any details, or remedy the situation in any way. So we left and will not be going back all due to the lack of customer service. TL;DR: We went from having fun to not, and tried to give a small bit of feedback as to why. The employee and the GM could not have cared less. Press and hold to react

O W - 40 No respect or consideration for the residents in neighbourhoods where loud protests etc happen &$!#% Today at 9:00 a.m. the fireman marched about 10 wide across the whole street with a drum just banging really loud. I guess it was a funeral procession for a fallen firefighter and no disrespect to that firefighter but it could have happened in a place where it wouldn't have disrupted the whole residential area and traffic that they were in. When I heard that drum hammering away and saw them out my window it looked like military personnel. It was shocking, unnerving, and the least they could have done was inform the community what they were going to do before they did it.
