How I know is because she constantly bullies, micro-manages, complains about everything and anything (and I mean everything and anything). Basically the whole nine yards. For example: she complained to the boss above her about me washing the correct number of towels because I didn't want to scrabble when there is a big event. We had extra and I wanted to be ready for any boat events we had. Her boss felt the same way as I did and thought I did good but he told me to ask her about it next time before I do it again. I feel every time I do/don't do/don't do it her way, she is always angry with me. Fast-forward to sometime in March 2022: I'm learning Spanish on Duolingo and she scuffs at me. She then goes on to talk about one of the kitchen staff speaking Spanish. She tells me that at times she feels that (we'll call her Mrs. Nice) Mrs. Nice should speak English when she talks on the phone regardless who is on the other end of the line. Mrs. Nice first language is Spanish and she's not fully good at English but is fluent enough to get through day to day. Mrs. Nice will talk fast in her Spanish language when she is on the phone. To me, she is talking to family majority of the time. Karen has even admitted that she told Mrs. Nice to slow down when talking on the phone and speak English when Mrs. Nice did not include Karen in the conversation. Question: How do I go to the general manager about this information?

I don't mean to sound unsupportive, but if y'all could hear the noises that come out of that clarinet, you'd understand. She's the worst thing to happen to music since Yoko Ono LOL. I don't want to be the one to have to rip off the truth band-aid, so will the middle school band reject her, or do they take all the basket cases? I feel so sorry for her, she really wants this, but she has no talent and even less self-awareness. Hopefully, they will let her down realistically. If she leaves thinking that practice will help, I might have to run over the damn thing. My tinnitus can only save me for so long.
