When I opened the lid to put in tea bags, the boiling water spilt all over my hand and counter. The cup was filled so that there wasn't even a millimeter left from the edge. So the boiling water was bond to come out as soon as I opened the lid. I burnt my hand badly, asked help from the lady who sold it to me. She literally said: you got what you wanted, grinned with content, and then ignored me and my request to help me (the boiling water was all over the counter and my hand). No sorry, no assistance. Just an evil grin and then ignored completely. Had to ask help from another lady at the counter. Really totally unexpected rude behavior. Visité en mars 2023

They had me take down the small treefort that I built on this location with my sons during the pandemic. No longer will its presence offend your walk) past my house. Please enjoy your stroll free from the sound of my children's play and laughter. They are safely back inside now, watching television I'm sure. Enjoy the unobstructed view of my backyard. The room itself was interesting, I'd give 3.5-4 stars. (However, there are skinned rabbits in the second that are just there for shock value, so if you are grossed out by animal cruelty be forewarned.) It was the employees, especially the GM that warrant the single star. By far the worst customer service experience we've had in a long time. We had a lot of trouble with the last combination lock, it genuinely felt like we tried the same combination over and over for twenty minutes. Finally they told us that the lever needs to be perpendicular to reset. We fixed that and boom we were out. We suggested that they may want to add a sign about the lever needing to be straight up and down to reset it. The employee completely blew our suggestion off in a way that felt very dismissive and argumentative. We calmly tried to explain that having the employee respond that way was upsetting and that on top of the lock frustration made us feel unhappy about the experience.The GM came up and said that none of her employees ever argue with customers, and then stonewalled and further communication. She did not attempt to get any details, or remedy the situation in any way. So we left and will not be going back all due to the lack of customer service.
