Pau pau pau lette lette lette come from a song named "Paulette tu pollues" (litterally in French : Paulette, you're polluting"), sung by the French "Artist" Georgine Brion. There are two versions of "Paulette tu pollues", one was published in 2001 but this is the 2011 version (the House Mix version) which mad a buzz.
The song became a (small) meme when Georgine Brion sung in the show "France got talent" because of its lack of lyrics. However, while performing Georgine Brion was encouraged by the public, but was eliminated by the jury wich was composed by Sophie Edelstein (the cousine of Lisa Edelstein), Gilbert Rozon (founder of Just for laughs) and the singer Dave.
The next day on internet (and mostly on forums), the words "Pau pau paulette lette lette" could be read more particularly on the 15-18 (the most active forum in France).
