October 2018 Guest If you're going to stay here, you should be aware that this host lives on the other side of the wall and will drop in unannounced. He will also be frank about the conversations he "overheard". The house itself, although quite dirty, is beautiful. This would be an ideal photoshoot or movie location. Host Response from The listing states that the host lives on the property. The bedrooms are all upstairs and the host has a room downstairs behind the laundry room. He can only hear very loud voices and would not have entered the house if your group wasn't drunk and yelling offers to pay someone to eat one of the goldfishfrom our pond. The house was professionally cleaned before your arrival and was filthy when your group left including vomit on bathroom floor. The kids were racing each other up and down the stairs which is dangerous. You should have stayed with the group since you booked the house October 2018

Isaac September 2018 Future travellers staying at this location don't expect to have fun the staff of the hotel are quiet up themselves and have no respect for air bnb stayers Response from Wendy And Peter: Hi Isaac, you were escorted from the building at the request of building management after your intoxicated friend was found urinating on common property. If by "fun" you mean urinating in public, then I too hope that my future guests aren't expecting to have that kind of fun. They have respect for AirBnB guests. What they don't have respect for is people who think it is a good idea to urinate over the walls of our property.
