10:32 1 This is a long shot. Admins, please delete if inappropriate. We own a 2-bed unit in Willoughby. We love our location and suburb. Our girls go to willoughby public and willoughby girls high. We are looking for more space for the next few years. Ideally a 4-bed but happy with a 3-bed. We are also building our home in the mountains. Financial advise is that we shouldn't rent. Just wondering if there's anyone here who is looking to downsize? And if they would consider a house swap? You live in ours for a few years and we live in yours. We continue to pay for ours. Gets out and approaches me in pajamas and slippers.) "I was thinking a feminine Tom Baker, Dr Who, when can you get it to me?" Me- "Oh, I don't have time, I'm sorry." Parent- "Well, I guess I could pay you." Me- (still opening car doors and helping students cross a busy parking lot. AND doing some quick thinking.)" Me- "oh, perfect! As an artist, I charge $25 per hour, and you will need to get me all of the supplies. Just bring me a photo of what you want and I will write up a proposal!" Parent-

I am a female in my mid 60's and I am looking for a roommate. Times are tight and I need some extra money. I am willing to rent out my bathroom in my 1 bedroom home. My bathroom is large. You can easily put a twin air mattress in there. I only ask that when I need to use the bathroom, you & the air mattress are not in it. I do ask that when you are here, you confine yourself to the bathroom. I do not feel comfortable with a stranger walking around my living room. You may have guest over as long as you both stay in the bathroom as well. This might seem a bit odd but please remember the rent is $400 and the bathroom is large.
