I'm going to be a single father. When I come back to the states with new born 2mos old. I am looking for a nanny full day and night time mainly I can give you leave from 8- 12noon or 2pm on some days sometimes longer depends on my work schedule. I will be there just if I have to work or sleep then the baby will be the Nannie's responsibility. That I can trust with my baby. Pay will be free room and board for 12-18months depends on how the baby is in a year if I would like another 6mos. Along with $1000 per month during stay. Is what I can offer. I will have most morning off work so Some day I may have no clients I do just about everything in work wise. baby will stay in the room you will stay in. In the crib everything. I will always have everything that is needed for food and diaper changing. I keep a quit home it will just mainly be me you and the baby. Unless I have clients I do massages for. If u wish to no more and chat get to chat before the baby is here in April. The pictures are the room, kitchen, bathroom and me. You will be buying your own food and making what u want to eat. The zone 1 location is super central: - just 2-minutes from Battersea Park - 4 mins from Battersea Park station - 6 mins from Queens Town Road Sation - 10 mins from Battersea Power Station (northern line) Our large apartment has lots of dining and relaxing space, and loads of built in storage and desk space in the room. The high ceiling two bedroom apartment has separate bathroom, kitchen, dining and living rooms, and then Alex & Madi's room. We're looking for a mature, clean and friendly person working full time, normal working hours. The room would normally rent for £1,300, although we are offering a reduced rent of £1,200+ bills, as we are hoping to find someone who has a partner or family nearby that they can spend the night with occasionally, and offer us the apartment for 3-4 separate nights a month to relax on our own. They would of course get the same back when we are away! About us (Alex & Madi); together for 1.5 years and working professionals, we both work from home, but both go out to see friends, and also see family outside of London once a month. Very good recall & won't stray far on walks. Pulls like a train on the lead but could wear a harness. Completely ball/stick obsessed and will go in any body of water if allowed. Quite a nervous girl who needs lots of reassurance. Not really interested in other dogs and will ignore them mainly but will tell them off if they get in her face. She'd rather be an only dog. Wants to be where you are so will follow you round the house but after a good walk (45mins-1 hour) will settle in a dog bed or on a sofa for a big snooze. Bit sound reactive so will bark at perceived threats (doorbell, bin lorry, dogs barking in another garden) but settles when asked to stop. She can be left with the radio on while you go out for an hour or so. - She needs picking up from her home in at about 9.30/10am and dropped nome about 3.30/4pm with an off lead walk for an hour anytime during that period. Would love a little garden to potter in and have a wee. This could be 3 or 4 days per week (grandparents can do at least one day). Offering £25 a day for the right person. 1 5 comments
