They are flea and tick treated monthly. They have their nails cut monthly. We are EXTREMELY RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERS. We are willing to pay pet deposits if required. A landlord that will allow a chicken coop & a garden: My two teenage daughters homeschool. They have raised these chickens since they were eggs, and a lot of their schooling revolves around the care and upkeep of their chickens. We also use them as a method to make some extra income selling their eggs. We have a very large garden every year, to help feed the family, others and to sell at farmers markets. If we could find a place that would allow a couple goats and mini highland cows that would be an added bonus, as that was the plan here where we ended up. My son and husband work all but 4 days a month. And me and my two daughters stay home and tend to the garden and animals and schooling. We're currently paying over $2300 a month for rent and we're drowning. That with the stress of the house falling down around us, and the constant verbal abuse from the landlord we'd love to find a house that is cheaper and of course that is fully functioning. We're looking for a 3-4 bedroom home. Ideally with 2 baths but we can work with 1 bath. My husband has some medical issues so a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor of the house would be ideal. If we could find someone selling that would be willing to rent it for 2 years and then we buy it, would be amazing, so we'd have one less move to make when the time comes to buy. We would love to be within 30 minutes of Lewisburg, which is where both my husband and son work. I'd love to explain more in detail about what we're currently going through in our current rental face to face if requested. We have kept all records and receipts of the happenings the past 2 years. We had enormous trouble even finding an available rental when we moved here in 2022. We've been treated pretty poorly because we're what y'all are calling "transplants". Am I wrong to suggest a wealthy residence should have better candy? I was trick or treating with my nephew. One of the houses (800k on Zillow) had a bowl of the small tootsie rolls with a sign that said "please take one" I dunno it really rubs me the wrong way when wealthy people pretend to be frugal in the sight of less well off people. Like stop it, stop this signaling charade. I mentioned this to my sister and she said I'm out of line and they can put out whatever candy they want. I agreed they can but they aren't above reproach in the meantime. Edit: not the big tootsie rolls mind you, the small ones that are bit sized. Edit2: evidently no one is allowed to be disappointed and bring it up, ever.

Well the beginning of January i was informed due to inflation Daycare cost would be rising to 60 dollars a day by March 1st. I straight up told her i was refusing to pay that. Well she said she's have to terminate the contract then and that she was sad because she's created such a special bond with my son. cool | guess. So i signed the new contract but i plan to pay her the 250 week regardless and I might write her a strong letter explaining to shove it where to Sun don't shine and a fee swear words My kid really likes going there and loves his daycare teacher but I will straight up take this woman to court if she changes the price on me. The meals are great the facility is nice BUT 55 dollars is already way expensive for CHILDCARE She does two free feild trips a year but charges 8 dollars for the rest?! Like sooo expensive. 3:07 < Swimming Anyone else find it super unfair that people have private swimming pools and won't share? I don't think people should be allowed to have their own closed off heated pools in gorgeous backyards while the rest of us are stuck with nothing. I don't trust the beaches because the water won't be getting tested. It breaks my heart seeing my little ones upset because they can't go swimming. When all it would take is a few changes to the rules and we can go visit anyone's backyard pool instead of the algae beaches. I mean, i understand liability but like c'mon let me and my kids enjoy your pool and i'll watch my kids as they swim.
