This might be the worst yet

Hey ladies, I'm having a small issue finding child care with school starting up again. I've been taking care of the kids since I was in school and finally took a huge step and got my first job. I may not find someone to give me a chance so I don't want to lose it over a few bad baby sitters. I need a baby sitter for my 5 wonderful children, from 6am-5pm Monday - Friday I will be getting ready for work until 7 so I can offer limited help with breakfast and packing school lunch, I will also be home around 3pm and ask that you stay until 5 to give me time to cool wn after shift. During the day your role will be taking the older kids to school, then helping with home schooling my youngest 3. I need lunch to be prepared by 12 when I come home for break my husband usually comes around 11-1pm for lunch, you tell him to help you for that one. I will also need you to pick up my oldest two from school You must be CPR certified and I'm okay with you bringing one other child as long as you're their guardian and they are older than 8 years old. Driving the kids around will require you to have a large vehicle so please be aware. Pay will be up to 150/week depending on qualifications. Now I don't want to get jumped on for being discriminative and I also don't want this to be an ad as I am unsure if it's even going to happen yet. But the story is it has occurred to me that maybe my house can't be left alone for an indefinite amount of time while we travel a bit. I also don't want to move my stuff into storage to rent out, however, with the housing crisis at the moment it has got me thinking that maybe I could charge small rent in exchange for someone to look after the place, maintain. gardens, lawns, pool, advise of any maintenance issues etc. keep the house clean, conditions would be to treat it like an air bnb, so use all existing furniture and utensils. (No furniture or boxes to be moved in) As we are unsure of when we would return they need to be flexible on a couple of weeks notice that we are coming home and they need to vacate. I would be looking for a strictly single person, no kids, professional employment and also a little. bit handy if required. Someone that could stay on the entire time as I don't want to be choosing a candidate while I am away. I also have a cat that I would prefer to leave in her house so would be a big plus too if my cat could be loved and cuddled and taken care of also. I guess like I said I'm not sure I am comfortable doing this but also someone may know of someone that would fit the shoe perfectly so just maybe it could work.

My initial plan was Sam's (they're so budget friendly) but, according to the website, don't offer the colors I want. ISO a reputable baker that can make roughly 90-100 cupcakes in these 4 colors for May 18th (pick up May 16th) in Monroe/Charlotte NC. Pic below of what I want. We need a HOME that we can be comfortable in. Where the plumbing works and we're not harassed by the landlord. I know there are good landlords out there, we are DESPERATE. A landlord that will: accept my daughters service dog (she's a medium sized mutt, non aggressive, is leash, harness and kennel trained. We also have a small cat. She is also kennel trained. These 2 animals are rarely left alone and when they are, they are kenneled. These two animals have been my two daughters lifelines since we moved 3000 miles away to TN 2 years ago. They are flea and tick treated monthly. They have their nails cut monthly. We are EXTREMELY RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERS. We are willing to pay pet deposits if required. A landlord that will allow a chicken coop & a garden: My two teenage daughters homeschool. They have raised these chickens since they were eggs, and a lot of their schooling revolves around the care and upkeep of their chickens. We also use them as a method to make some extra income selling their eggs. We have a very large garden every year, to help feed the family, others and to sell at farmers markets. If we could find a place that would allow a couple goats and mini highland cows that would be an added bonus, as that was the plan here where we ended up. That with the stress of the house falling down around us, and the constant verbal abuse from the landlord we'd love to find a house that is cheaper and of course that is fully functioning. We're looking for a 3-4 bedroom home. Ideally with 2 baths but we can work with 1 bath. My husband has some medical issues so a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor of the house would be ideal. If we could find someone selling that would be willing to rent it for 2 years and then we buy it, would be amazing, so we'd have one less move to make when the time comes to buy. We would love to be within 30 minutes of Lewisburg, which is where both my husband and son work. I'd love to explain more in detail about what we're currently going through in our current rental face to face if requested. We have kept all records and receipts of the happenings the past 2 years.
